Samples should be in clean containers (we can provide bottles on request), kept on ice, and submitted within the required holding times for your analysis.

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for microbiology and most chemistry panels. More complex analyses (PFAS, pathogen confirmation, organics) typically take 3–7 business days. Rush processing is available; contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Yes. We are ELAP-certified for all FSMA Produce Safety Rule §112 agricultural water analyses, including generic E. coli using SM 9223B and EPA 1603. Our documentation meets FDA requirements for grower compliance records. We can also assist with setting up your monitoring schedule and interpreting results against the geometric mean and statistical threshold value (STV) criteria.

Yes, we offer scheduled pickup for clients with recurring programs throughout our primary service regions. For one-time or remote collections, we can coordinate third-party courier services that maintain proper cold-chain requirements. Contact us to discuss logistics for your location.

Yes. We stock pre-preserved and sterile containers for most common analyses. Contact us before your sampling event and we will prepare a container kit specific to your analyte list, with instructions for proper preservation and labeling.
